All Raise is a 3,000+ member community of women and nonbinary investors leading a movement for a more inclusive tech industry, connecting entrepreneurs, VCs, and allies nationwide.

To support All Raise’s mission and enhance their brand presence, the brand template system was refreshed to ensure visual consistency, clarity, and impact across their primary communication channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, email).

The refresh modernized the visual language and informational hierarchy while staying true to All Raise’s bold, inclusive brand ethos.

Project highlights include:

• Developing flexible, scalable social media templates for content pillars such as partner features, events, and data-driven insights.

• Enhancing the visual language and informational hierarchy with updated typography and refined color applications.

• Improving usability and storytelling while supporting internal workflows with intuitive, on-brand templates.

This refresh strengthened All Raise’s ability to connect with their community and communicate their mission with clarity and purpose.

PCI Media - Brand Templates

PCI Media, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, drives global social change through storytelling and community engagement, promoting health, the environment, and social justice.

To strengthen PCI Media’s brand presence and impactful storytelling and advocacy, a comprehensive redesign of their social media templates were developed — improving clarity, consistency, and visual impact across all content.

The goal was to reflect PCI Media’s mission-driven identity while introducing a handcrafted, collage-inspired aesthetic that brings a personal and organic feel to their digital storytelling.

Project highlights include:

• Designing refreshed templates for core content areas including fundraising campaigns, news, inspirational quotes, events, education, and program impact.

• Incorporating textured graphics, expressive typography, and earthy color palettes to evoke warmth, authenticity, and connection.

• Building flexible layouts that support editorial storytelling and strengthen brand recognition.

• Improving usability and storytelling while supporting internal workflows with intuitive, on-brand templates.

The result is a cohesive and scalable design system that empowers PCI Media to communicate with creativity and integrity — enhancing their message while staying true to their grassroots ethos.

Bike the Bridges & Brewfest Digital Campaign

The Special Olympics Bike the Bridges & Brewfest is an annual fundraiser for Special Olympics featuring scenic bike rides across the Martinez and Carquinez Bridges (25 miles to 100K), followed by a "Bands & Brews" festival with live music, food, and craft beer. Proceeds support athletes with intellectual disabilities.'

To amplify registrations for the 15th annual Bike the Bridges & Brewfest event, a video-first campaign was developed to build excitement and drive participation through a unified, high-impact video strategy.

The goal was to boost rider registrations fundraiser by leveraging targeted social media tactics to create urgency and drive new sign-ups, with a specific focus on increasing participation in the 25-mile and 50K ride categories.

Project highlights include:

• Showcasing the spirit of the event, blending exciting footage of the bike ride across the scenic Martinez and Carquinez Bridges with the lively atmosphere of the Bands & Brews festival for engaging video and collage ads.

• Delivering targeted content across Meta and YouTube to engage local riders, sports enthusiasts, and craft beer lovers.

• Promoting the spirit of inclusion, the thrill of the ride, and the impact of supporting Special Olympics athletes.

The campaign exceeded engagement goals, increasing registrations and generating excitement across audiences. More than just a promotional effort, it strengthened the connection between sport, community, and inclusion — reinforcing Special Olympics Northern California’s mission of empowerment through participation.

Polar Plunge Digital Campaign

The Special Olympics Polar Plunge is an annual fundraiser where participants dive into cold water to support athletes with intellectual disabilities. Held nationwide, the event raises money for sports, competitions, and inclusion — blending community spirit, costumes, and a bold splash for a great cause.

To amplify registrations for the Polar Plunge Event Series, a video-first campaign was developed to build emotional connection and drive participation across four key regions in Northern California.

The goal was to increase visibility and sign-ups by using targeted social media tactics and platform-optimized content that highlighted both the mission and the energy of the event.

Project highlights include:

• Showcasing the joy and excitement of the plunge through real participant footage and vibrant storytelling for engaging video and collage ads.

• “Tour Poster” style Instagram stories ad to promote what cities supporters could participate in

• Delivering targeted content across YouTube, Meta, and Google to connect with local communities and supporters.

• Balancing heart and inclusivity to spotlight the cause behind the event while keeping the tone fun and accessible.

The campaign delivered strong results—805,291 impressions, 15,524 clicks, a 2.00% CTR, and a $0.34 CPC—while also energizing participation and deepening engagement with the Special Olympics mission.
